As architects, we are always ready to remember everyone proportions and taste of ancient architecture or decoration and, as contemporary architects, we often criticize those who reproduce it the present day.

On that basis, 2XL accepted the challenge by a private Client to apply Italian sensibility on his idea of “triumphal Italian Renaissance architecture with some French romantic style”.

This exercise involved the only entrance hall of a new building, already built shell & core. The Client has not yet decided if he wants to live in a contemporary and minimal house or not.
